Folder Technician

Minutemen Direct is recruiting for a Folder Technician for a large printing facility. This is a direct hire opportunity offering a full benefits package and competitive pay.

Schedule:

Wednesday-Friday, 6:00 PM - 6:00

AM Pay:

$25.00-$28.00/hour to start This role is ideal for experienced candidates looking for a stable position with a condensed schedule. • Set up and operate folding equipment for a variety of print jobs
• Read and interpret job tickets and production specifications
• Monitor production runs to ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency
• Make real-time adjustments to maintain tight turnaround times
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance
• Collaborate with press and bindery teams to keep jobs moving efficiently Requirements
• 3+ years of folding experience in a print or packaging environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Experience with pharmaceutical printing or miniature folding is a plus, but not required
