Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all F&B operations at Deercroft Golf Club. This individual will be responsible for delivering high-quality food service, managing daily kitchen operations, and creating a welcoming experience for members and guests. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong kitchen and cooking experience , along with the ability to manage staff, control costs, and maintain exceptional service standards. Key Responsibilities Oversee all food and beverage operations, including kitchen, bar, and service areas Prepare and cook menu items as needed; lead by example in the kitchen Hire, train, and supervise part time F&B staff Create and manage weekly specials, menus, and promotions Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships Control food and labor costs Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations Provide excellent customer service to members, guests, and event groups Qualifications Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or similar leadership role Strong kitchen and cooking experience required Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Excellent organizational and leadership skills Strong communication and customer service skills Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Compensation & Benefits Pay is based on experience Golf privileges and employee discounts Potential for PTO after 1 year How to Apply Please submit your resume through Indeed or apply in person at: Deercroft Golf Club 30000 Deercroft Drive Wagram, NC 28396
