Overview:

Prepare reports with the Food & Beverage Director (should include daily/weekly recaps and recommendations for improving processes). Correct immediate areas of deficiencies when observed and notify management to ensure follow up. Provide food safety training for all associates. Report all maintenance concerns that could have an adverse effect on food and personal safety (including PPE). Report all unsafe or unusual conditions to supervision. Ensure all safety equipment is being used properly, alert Supervisor for any malfunctions, safety concerns or needs. Act as a liaison between the Foods Division and Park Safety Department. Assist in completing accident reports. Participate in all Everclean scheduled and unscheduled audits. Prepare any needed reports and action plans to correct areas of deficiency.
