Job Description

TITLE Food Expeditor/Line Cook
DESCRIPTION
The Food Expeditor/Line Cook is the critical link between the kitchen and front of the house staff, ensuring smooth workflow in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Expeditor is responsible for managing the flow of orders, verifying dish accuracy, maintaining presentation standards and ensuring quality control of all food prepared.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Must be 18 years of age with a High School diploma or GED. Minimum of 2 years' culinary or restaurant experience preferred.
