Travel Requirement:

This position involves regional travel to multiple sites and locations across Eastern and Northern Michigan. Candidates should be prepared to spend time on the road visiting different facilities, ensuring consistent support and collaboration across the region. Reliable transportation and flexibility to accommodate varying schedules are essential. A valid driver's license and acceptable driver's license record check is required . What You'll Do Provide food operations support across several locations to ensure operational consistency and excellence Drive P&L performance across the area, managing budgets, labor, and retail revenue while identifying opportunities for growth Ensure all locations meet or exceed Sodexo's regulatory compliance standards Create and deliver innovative and enriching cafe experiences for patients, family and staff daily Manages cash handling protocols & control procedures according to Sodexo policies Mentor, develop, and retain frontline staff Develop and maintain client and customer relationships What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum Education Requirement

• Bachelor's Degreeor equivalent experience Minimum Management Experience
• 3 years Minimum Functional Experience
• 3 yearswork experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
