Production team members are responsible for portioning and packing our fresh, healthy meals. Our growing healthy meal replacement company has been around for 40 years and delivers meals both locally and nationwide. Our facility offers a clean and temperature controlled environment. We offer affordable Medical Coverage, along with dental, vision, disability and life insurance after just 60 days for team members working over 30 hours. Production Team Members are responsible for prepping and packaging meals, under the direction of culinary and packaging room supervisors and managers. This includes daily use of packaging equipment including stoves, ovens, conveyor belts, heat sealers, cupping and bagging machines, and scales. In addition to performing duties in accordance with established safety policies and procedures and maintaining a clean working area by performing general sanitation of areas and equipment.

Minimum Qualifications Include:

IL State Food Handler's Certificate must be attained no later than 30 days after employment Must be able to operate industrial packaging equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Must have basic math aptitude for measuring, weighing. Must be able to routinely lift 30 lbs or more (assisted) and 10 - 20 pounds (unassisted) Must be able to stoop, bend, reach, push or pull double racks of considerable weight. Must be able to stand continuously throughout production time Must be able to comply with temperature standards set by the company in compliance to

FDA/USDA.

Must be flexible and able to work in other areas of packaging and production as needed. Must be able to adhere to company procedures and hygiene requirements.
