Bilingual Food Production Lead (Spanish/English) Full-Time • On-Site • North Arlington, NJ 07031 We are hiring a Bilingual Food Production Supervisor to take full ownership of daily operations across multiple food production and packaging lines in a high-volume manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on leadership role — you will be on the production floor every day managing your team, keeping lines running efficiently, and making real-time decisions that keep output on track. What You'll Be Responsible For Oversee daily operations across multiple food production and packaging lines from startup to shutdown Ensure all production targets, quality standards, and deadlines are met every shift Maintain full GMP and food safety compliance — HACCP knowledge is a plus Monitor production flow and solve bottlenecks, delays, and staffing issues in real time Manage employee scheduling, staffing levels, and shift coverage across all lines Train and support production staff on food safety, packaging procedures, and daily standards Prepare lines for startup at the beginning of each shift and ensure proper shutdown at the end Coordinate daily and next-day production planning with operations and management Support the setup and expansion of additional production lines as the facility grows Maintain organized shift reports and clear communication between shifts and departments Report directly to the

Operations Manager What We're Looking For Required:

Bilingual — fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written) 3 or more years of hands-on supervisory experience in food manufacturing, food production, or packaging Proven experience managing multiple production lines and teams simultaneously Strong real-time decision-making and problem-solving in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Experience with employee scheduling, staffing coordination, and workflow management Hands-on leadership style — willing to step in and work alongside your team when needed Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and accountability

Preferred:

Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, and food safety compliance standards Experience supporting process improvements or new line setup and expansion Schedule & Compensation Full-time, on-site — North Arlington, NJ 07031 Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM Overtime available based on production needs 401(k) Paid time off Clear path to grow into a senior operations or production management role

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
