Food Runner

Duties Deliver hot and cold dishes from the kitchen to guests efficiently, maintaining food quality and presentation standards Assist servers by bussing tables, refilling water glasses, and ensuring tables are clean and ready for new guests Support food preparation tasks as needed, including plating and garnishing to uphold presentation excellence Handle food safely by following proper handling procedures and maintaining cleanliness in all areas of service Communicate effectively with kitchen staff using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to coordinate orders and special requests Ensure timely delivery of orders during busy service periods while maintaining a positive attitude Assist with setup and breakdown of dining areas for special events or banquet functions Skills Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred Strong knowledge of food handling safety standards and proper sanitation practices Excellent communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff, servers, and guests seamlessly Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Experience with banquet service, bussing, or hospitality roles is a plus Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor that enhances guest satisfaction Join us and be part of a team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences through lively service, teamwork, and culinary excellence!

Pay:

$21.82 - $26.28 per hour
