This role supports both front-of-house and kitchen operations to ensure customers receive accurate orders quickly and efficiently. Your proactive attitude and excellent communication skills will contribute to a lively, welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back for more. Responsibilities Assemble and verify food orders before pickup or delivery Bring completed orders to the front counter for customers and delivery drivers Take customer orders using the POS system Maintain cleanliness of front counter, dining, and work areas Assist with dishwashing and keeping the kitchen organized Support kitchen staff during busy periods as needed Restock packaging, sauces, utensils, and supplies Provide friendly and professional customer service Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key Knowledge of food handling safety practices and basic food preparation is advantageous Familiarity with POS system is a plus Experience with banquet service, catering, or hotel hospitality can be beneficial Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team are essential Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods comfortably Basic understanding of food safety regulations and proper sanitation procedures Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly, energetic demeanor Join us as a Food Runner and become an integral part of delivering exceptional guest experiences!
