Food Runner Department:
Food & Beverage Reports to: Restaurant General Manager The Food Runner maintains exceptional guest experiences by delivering food orders from the kitchen to guests in an efficient, accurate, and timely manner.Key Responsibilities:
Verify each guest receives the correct order. Assist servers with guest requests. Act as the point of contact between the Front of the House and Back of the House. Ensure food is served in accordance with food safety standards. Personalize guest interactions to create memorable experiences. Answer guest questions regarding the menu and/or resort. Stay informed on menu changes and substitutions. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of food safety procedures. Support team members in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work environment. Ensure the safety and well-being of our guests.Qualifications & Requirements:
Must be at least 14 years of age or older to apply. Flexible work schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Strong listening, problem-solving, and communication skills (verbal and written). Must be able to speak and read English; additional languages are a plus. Outgoing personality with a positive attitude. Ability to work well in a fun, fast-paced environment. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time (up to 8-10 hours). Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 30-40 lbs. Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and maintain balance while carrying trays or plates. Attention to detail and ability to learn quickly. Ability to work as part of a team while ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests. Ability to tolerate exposure to busy or noisy work areas.
