We are a high-volume roadhouse and bar known for strong hospitality, award-winning burgers, fast-paced service, and an energetic team culture. WHAT THIS POSITION REALLY IS

Food runners are one of the most important support positions in the building. This role is fast-paced, physical, and detail-oriented. Great food runners help control the flow of the floor, support the kitchen and service team, and ensure guests receive hot, accurate food quickly and professionally.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver food quickly, accurately, and professionally Ensure plates are complete, organized, and correct before leaving the kitchen Communicate clearly with servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and management Maintain urgency and composure during busy shifts Assist with table clearing and resetting to help maintain floor flow Help maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the shift Anticipate guest and team needs before being asked Support overall guest experience through professionalism and hospitality

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

EXPERIENCE

No experience required - we will train the right person. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get their foot in the door in hospitality and learn how high-volume bars and restaurants operate. Work ethic, communication, reliability, and attitude matter more to us than previous experience.

PAY & SCHEDULE

Starting pay: $13/hr Full-time and part-time positions available Flexible scheduling based on availability and performance
