Duties Deliver freshly prepared food from the kitchen to guest tables efficiently and accurately, ensuring presentation quality and temperature are maintained. Clear and reset tables promptly after guests leave, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout service hours. Assist servers by bussing tables, refilling water glasses, and providing support with guest requests to enhance overall dining experience. Support food preparation activities when needed, including plating assistance or organizing dishes for service. Maintain strict adherence to food safety standards and proper handling procedures to ensure guest safety at all times. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff using systems like Toast POS to coordinate orders and service flow. Help uphold a lively, welcoming atmosphere by engaging with guests courteously and professionally. Skills Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation standards. Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members. Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS for order processing. Experience in bussing, food preparation, or supporting banquet events is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of kitchen operations or culinary experience enhances ability to support food service seamlessly. Customer service orientation with a friendly, energetic approach that fosters guest satisfaction.
