Food Runner/Expo

Overview We are seeking energetic, fast-paced, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Food Runners / Expos in an upscale fine dining environment. This role is critical to maintaining smooth service, strong communication between the kitchen and front of house, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. We are looking for team players who can move with urgency, stay organized under pressure, and maintain professionalism during high-volume service. Compensation Compensation based on experience, availability, and overall fit. Responsibilities Deliver food quickly, accurately, and professionally Ensure dishes are presented correctly before leaving the kitchen Maintain strong communication between kitchen and FOH staff Assist in coordinating ticket flow and timing of dishes Support servers and management during service Maintain cleanliness and organization in expo and service areas Help ensure smooth and efficient dining room operations Handle high-pressure situations calmly and efficiently Requirements Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills Reliable and dependable work ethic Ability to stay organized during busy service periods Professional appearance and communication Weekend and evening availability preferred Ability to stand and move for extended periods Preferred Qualifications Fine dining experience is a plus Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred Experience working in high-volume environments is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills

Pay:
