Food Server

Duties Greet guests warmly and present menus confidently, highlighting specials and upselling menu items to enhance their experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and providing personalized service in a fine dining or nightclub setting Assist with food handling, preparation support, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in compliance with health regulations Use OpenTable or similar reservation systems to manage bookings smoothly and optimize seating arrangements Upsell additional menu items or beverages to increase sales while ensuring guest satisfaction Qualifications Proven experience in food service roles such as restaurant server, host/hostess, or in the food industry with a focus on guest services Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus Strong knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and billing purposes Previous experience in fine dining or nightclub environments is highly desirable Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest loyalty Basic kitchen experience or culinary background is advantageous but not required Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality.
