We're looking for energetic team members that will play a vital role in providing guests an enjoyable experience while visiting the park. From kayak and bike rentals, snacks, beach supplies and souvenirs, we are the premium park vendor. The beachy atmosphere promotes a fun and ideal workspace immersed in the natural beauty of the park and surrounding waters.

Responsibilities:

Ensure that Food and Beverage items are prepared and served according to Company standards. Provide exceptional guest service. Clean and Maintain all assigned areas throughout shift Work individually and with the team, to surpass expectations in an efficient, motivated and positive, can-do manner. Adhere to Company recipes and Safe Food Handling procedures. Complete all required food and safety logs in a timely and efficient manner. Adhere to Company Cash Handling Procedures Operate point of sale system

Position Requirements:

Knowledge of food preparation, storage, sanitation and commercial kitchen equipment Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with many types of personalities in a positive and productive way Majority of shift will be spent on feet in a fast-paced environment and in close proximity to other people Ability to lift 25 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally. Frequent bending, twisting, lifting and squatting will be required

Knowledge and Experience:

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Experience:
