Food Service Manager

Job Overview We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and experienced Food Service Manager to lead our food service team. You'll oversee daily cafeteria operations, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and efficient management of food and staff. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, experienced in managing fast-paced environments, and skilled in food preparation, inventory control, and team leadership. Duties Supervise daily cafeteria operations, including shift management and ensuring high standards of customer service. Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality with proper quantity available per company standards. Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste. Run daily / weekly reports for cafeteria operations. Hire and train staff on food safety, food handling, customer service, and operational procedures. Prepare work schedules for staff. Ensure compliance with health regulations, food safety standards, and cleanliness protocols across all areas of the cafeteria. Manage operational numbers such as, sales, food cost, and labor percent. Qualifications 3 Years experience in food service management with strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management. Experience in inventory control, knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures. Excellent leadership skills with a focus on training & development, team management, and staff interviewing. Valid USA driver's license is required. Food safety certification.
