Duties Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with precision, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish Assist in menu planning by offering creative ideas and adapting recipes for mobile service Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food truck kitchen, adhering strictly to food safety standards Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping, mixing, portioning, and plating meals efficiently Serve customers directly from the truck, providing friendly and prompt service while managing orders accurately Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to ensure smooth daily operations Follow all health regulations related to food handling, storage, and sanitation practices Requirements Previous experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is highly desirable Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations within the food industry or restaurant environment Demonstrated skills in menu planning, meal preparation, and food handling techniques Proficiency with knife skills and culinary techniques used in fine dining or catering settings Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper sanitation procedures Excellent customer service skills with the ability to serve efficiently in a fast-paced setting Experience with food industry standards including food service, food safety certifications, and kitchen experience is preferred Embark on an exciting culinary journey with us!
