In this role, you'll diagnose, repair, and service a wide range of Ford vehicles, ensuring top-tier performance and customer satisfaction. Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics using advanced automotive electrical systems, schematics, and automotive diagnostics tools to identify issues accurately. Conduct repairs and maintenance on various vehicle systems including powertrain, transmissions, diesel engines, and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems). Utilize hand tools and power tools skillfully to replace or repair components such as belts, brakes, suspensions, and welding repairs as needed. Execute wheel alignments and vehicle inspections to ensure optimal safety and performance standards. Interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical problems efficiently. Maintain detailed records of all repairs performed, including auto estimating procedures for accurate billing. Deliver exceptional customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Experience Proven dealership experience or service technician experience working with Ford, and Lincoln vehicles. Ford certifications, with 2 years or more experience. Looking for A level or strong B level technician. Strong knowledge of automotive electrical systems, ADAS technology, transmissions, powertrain components, and diesel engine repair. Hands-on experience with automotive repair tools including hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and alignment machines. Familiarity with automotive diagnostics software and schematics for precise troubleshooting. Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with a focus on vehicle maintenance, service procedures, and auto estimating processes. Excellent customer service skills combined with the ability to work efficiently in a team environment. Prior experience working with other automotive brands is a plus but not required.
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
