Job Description Select's Pipeline Foreman, under minimal supervision, performs a variety of general manual labor tasks, including, but not limited to, lifting and moving materials, loading and unloading vehicles, digging and refilling holes, and other activities in a helping or assisting mode. The essential job functions include, but are not limited to Assists in training, assigning, and checking the work of lower-level employees. Often designated lead worker. Duties may include cleaning and preparing a job site, loading and delivering materials and using a variety of tools and machines. Responsible for setting up and taking down ladders, scaffolding and other temporary structures. Handles complex issues and problems and refers only the most complex issues to higher-level staff. Must possess valid driver's license and be eligible to drive a company vehicle according to Select's insurance guidelines. Requirements To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required: Must be 18-years of age or older. Valid driver's license. High School Diploma or GED. Familiarity with oil and gas operations, pipeline operations and UIC wells. Knowledge of general water piping systems, pump, motors, valves, meters and other related equipment preferred. Must pass pre-employment fitness for duty test (FIT test). Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Respect Compensation Information Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience. Physical Demands and Exposures Work is regularly performed in outside weather conditions, including rain and extreme cold and heat, near moving mechanical parts; exposure to high wind, ice, snow, wet and/or humid conditions, vibration, and dust is expected.
