Foreman/Supervisor

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced /Supervisor to lead construction projects with enthusiasm and precision. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee all phases of construction management, ensuring projects are completed safely, this is a hands on position , you will be working side by side with other people building homes and actually doing the work. This is not an office position. This is a run a crew position while getting dirty yourself. Duties Supervise daily construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, schematics, and safety protocols Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction processes accurately Manage project schedules using Primavera P6 or other construction management software to meet deadlines Oversee budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation to optimize project efficiency Conduct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications Enforce OSHA regulations and maintain a safe work environment by conducting regular safety audits and training sessions Review contracts, change orders, and construction estimates to ensure accuracy and scope compliance Utilize tools such as ProCore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and Ohmmeter for project documentation, measurement, and quality assurance Supervise and mentor field personnel, fostering a team-oriented atmosphere focused on excellence Skills Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in supervising teams on heavy civil or commercial projects Expertise in construction site safety protocols and OSHA regulations Proficiency with construction management software including Primavera P6, ProCore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and Primavera for scheduling and documentation Strong understanding of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating techniques Ability to read technical drawings accurately and utilize tools like Ohmmeter for electrical measurements Excellent management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Demonstrated experience in project scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and contract administration Hands-on experience with pipeline projects or heavy civil construction is highly desirable Effective communication skills for collaborating with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and team members Join us as a /Supervisor if you're passionate about leading impactful construction projects!
