Full-time Full-time Description:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Shipping & Receiving team member to support daily warehouse and logistics operations. This is a hands-on, physically active role where operating a forklift will be a primary responsibility. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy working on the floor, moving materials, and supporting shipping and receiving operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is not a desk-based position.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy against purchase orders or invoices Inspect incoming materials for damage or discrepancies and report issues as needed Unload, organize, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations Prepare outgoing shipments, including proper packaging and labeling Generate and process shipping labels, packing slips, and related documentation Use computers to track inventory movement and maintain accurate records Perform order picking and staging as required Maintain accurate shipping and receiving logs Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area Support other warehouse and production areas as needed Unload / Load trucks Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Forklift experience required Ability to safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment Computer skills required (data entry, inventory systems, shipping documentation) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work independently or as part of a team Good verbal and written communication skills Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly and up to 60 lbs occasionally Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout an 8-hour shift Schedule 8-hour shift 11 AM to 7 PM Overtime as needed Language English (Required) Work Location In person - Etna Green, IN 46524 Ability to commute required
