This role is based in a climate-controlled candy manufacturing warehouse, focusing on supporting production and material movement in a fast-paced, line-based environment. Shift Patterns Monday to Thursday 6:00am to 4:30pm Pay Rates 19.00 USD hourly Essential Requirements Minimum 1 year of stand-up forklift experience Ability to pass an internal forklift certification assessment (no training provided) Comfortable working in a manufacturing or production environment Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically active setting Ability to work on the production line when needed Commute must be 40 minutes or less Desirable Requirements Previous experience in a food manufacturing or candy production environment Familiarity with line-based warehouse operations Strong attendance and reliability in high-demand environments Experience working with Good Manufacturing Practices or food safety standards Reach truck experience and familiarity with Raymond equipment Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Role Operate stand-up forklifts to move raw materials, packaging, and finished goods throughout the warehouse and production lines Support line operations by ensuring timely delivery and removal of materials to prevent downtime Load, unload, stage, and store products in designated areas Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety and food handling standards Perform equipment checks and follow proper operating procedures Benefits Opportunity to work in a specialized, climate-controlled manufacturing facility Professional development through internal equipment certification Consistent, full-time schedule with a stable team Location Edgerton.
