What We're Looking For:

Ability to safely operate forklifts and Powered Industrial Vehicles (PIVs) Ability to read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions Strong attention to safety and detail Good communication and teamwork skills Basic computer skills, including navigating files and standard computer functions Ability to complete warehouse support testing and certification requirements Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment No education requirements Previous forklift and/or warehouse experience preferred What You'll Do as a

Forklift Operator:

Safely operate forklifts and Powered Industrial Vehicles (PIVs) Transport yarn trucks, dunnage, POY, and returnable packaging throughout the facility Unload trailers containing yarn, packaging, and tube bundles Stage and organize Milliken returnables and production materials Load, unload, and move materials accurately and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all company safety procedures, operating guidelines, and standard work practices Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to support daily operations
