04/01/2026 The Forklift Operator is accountable for safely locating, moving and organizing product between the packing and shipping area using various types of forklift and pallet jacks to unload/load products from trailers. The operator will also be tasked with maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring that all equipment is in good working condition by conducting pre and post inspections. Qualifications Demonstrated experience operating various types of forklifts and jacks Forklift Experience/Certification a plus but not required Valid Driver's License required Accountabilities Safely locates, moves and organizes product between the packing and shipping area using various types of forklift and pallet jacks. Unloads/loads products from trailers. Conducts pre and post inspections of forklifts. Unloads inbound shipments safely and move product to appropriate staging locations. Keeps all palletizer out-feed conveyors clear of product in a timely manner to prevent any stoppage. Ensures inbound/outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage/product issues. Communicates any quality variances to supervisor staff. Pulls and prepares product for shipment, ensuring that the exact number and type of product is loaded and shipped. Performs picking duties in an efficient manner that meets customer service standards. Uses radio frequency equipment for picking, receiving, put-away, and load functions, as required. Keeps appropriate records and reports to guarantee that tight inventory control and security are maintained.
