| 1ST SHIFT. austin, minnesota Posted 1 day ago Closes 7/15/2026 Job details Summary Spherion $19.00 per hour Temp to Perm 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Industry warehousing & distribution (Transportation and Material Moving Occupations) Reference number S_175841 You will be responsible for the accurate storing, shipping, and receiving of product to meet company standards of safety, security, and productivity. Work is generally performed in a refrigerated to sub-zero environment.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday with overtime on Saturdays as needed

Hours:

8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Wage:

$19.00 Temp to Hire - Roll over at 60 days with good performance and attendance

Responsibilities:

Unload and load freight in an efficient, accurate, and safe manner. Identify, by lot number or other necessary means of identification, each pallet of product. Move product to storage areas with proper equipment and efficiently stage the merchandise for storage in the appropriate area. Place palletized product in storage racks in the freezer and record or communicate location to the Plant Office. Pick orders for shipment and assemble various types of merchandise to be shipped. Accurately mark products with appropriate identification and codes as required per customer requirements.
