Personnel Plus, Inc Twin Falls is now Hiring Forklift/Warehouse personnel for Buhl and Wendell Locations! Full Time 40+hrs Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm Starting pay $19/hr

Summary:

The warehouse fork lift driver will organize and store product to meet customer specifications in compliance with company policy, GMPs and Safety. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Load and unload trucks and rail cars per bill of ladings Receive, count, and verify incoming and outgoing shipments Verification of required receiving/shipped paperwork Organize and store product Operate all warehouse equipment in safe manner Communicate safety issues to manager/supervisor Stage customer orders in organized manner on shipping dock Maintain organized, safe, and clean working environment Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices, Policies and Procedures outlined in the Food Program Ability to maintain positive relationships with team members, vendors, and customers Building maintenance as needed Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Education, Experience, and Skills:

High school diploma or GED Ability to read shipping and receiving records/reports Dependable attendance Hard worker Team player Basic understanding of shipping and receiving processes and related equipment Fork lift experience. Pass a pre-employment drug screen Excellent attention to detail Able to safely complete all assigned tasks and duties

Working Conditions:

• Repetitive work in a fast-paced environment with average temperature of Zero degree freezers -60 degrees F (depending on worksite location)
• Some manual labor with heavy lifting required (approximately 40 pounds)
• Safety equipment may be required
• Use of motor skills to safely drive in tight quarters
