Duties Program Development:

Design and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to individual and team skill levels in various esports titles.

Instructional Leadership:

Lead engaging practice sessions focusing on strategy, teamwork, communication, and high-level game mechanics.

Performance Feedback:

Provide constructive, real-time feedback to players to enhance performance and develop sophisticated competitive tactics.

Logistics & Coordination:

Organize team rosters, practice schedules, and oversee participation in local tournaments or regional competitions.

Culture Building:

Foster a positive team culture emphasizing sportsmanship, discipline, and resilience the hallmarks of the Valhallan spirit.

Data Analysis:

Monitor player progress through performance analytics and adjust coaching strategies accordingly to ensure consistent growth.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with fellow coaches and management to coordinate special events, workshops, and skill-building activities.

Experience Coaching Background:

Prior experience coaching or mentoring in esports or traditional sports (e.g., basketball, cheerleading, martial arts, swimming, or climbing) is highly desirable .

Behavior Management:

A strong background in sports coaching with a proven focus on teamwork and effective behavior management.

Youth Engagement:

Experience working with students or youth in educational or recreational settings is a major asset.

Gaming Expertise:

In-depth knowledge of popular esports titles (e.g., League of Legends, Valorant, Rocket League, Overwatch 2 ) and various gaming platforms is essential.

Education/Childcare:

A background in teaching physical education or childcare enhances your ability to connect with and manage young athletes effectively.
