The Opportunity:

This position is for a Forward Deploy Software Engineer . Y ou'll have the opportunity to grow and hone your skills with other talented team members. Our ideal candidate is an Infrastructure/DevOps Engineer who is a hard charging self-starter that can come onto a team and begin to produce quickly. You should have a basic understanding of Kubernetes, AWS, containerization, automated test, and deployment pipelines.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Required:

BS in computer science or related engineering field 5+ years of Infrastructure/DevOps experience Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills and engage with virtual or remote teams Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Strong understanding of Kubernetes and deploying applications to Kubernetes clusters Experience with using Helm charts to deploy software to Kubernetes clusters ( ie . Argo CD) Strong experience with at least one of the major cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and tools (Gitlab, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc. ) Scripting and automation skills (e.g., Bash, Python, GitHub workflows) IAT Level II or III certification ( i.e. CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or CASP+) Active

TS/SCI U.S.

Government Security Clearance with required

Polygraph Desired:

Experience with container tools (Docker, Podman ) and container orchestration Experience delivering microservices in Kubernetes-based systems Experience with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation) Basic understanding of observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana or similar Working knowledge of Scrum and Agile software development methodology
