Department Foundation Location Default (Ennis, MT) Position Type FT Employee Salary Requisition 202613 Open Date 05/11/2026 Description Job Description The Madison Valley Medical Center (MVMC) Foundation Coordinator will be an integral "
ADDITION
" to the Foundation's team. This position reports to the Foundation Executive Director and will assist with the day-to-day operations of the Foundation administrative duties. Key duties include but are not limited to administrative support in office management donor development Board of Directors governance coordination of social medial campaigns fundraising marketing event-planning and grant development/grant oversight. Performs all duties in a manner consistent with the mission and values of MVMC and Foundation. Job Responsibilities
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with the preparations of all Board of Director meetings; meeting minutes/records and document retention. Supports the Executive Director in project-based work such as the annual report; donor appeals; website updates; social media; email communications; compliance and records; etc. Maintain the Foundation's database for all donor gifts and philanthropy and provide reports. Prepares donor correspondence and tax receipts as required. Assists with the development of campaigns; various fundraising projects. Assists with the coordination process for donors and business sponsors. Maintains state compliance and records for fundraising solicitation. Maintains consistent brand standards throughout all documents. Assists with the development and coordination of social media campaigns. Assists in conducting research and compiling data in support of grant applications. Compiles regular data and drafts reports for grantors. Oversees general office coordination; to include but not limited to copying; scanning; mailing; and filing. Must be proficient in technology in Microsoft Outlook; Word; Excel; PowerPoint; and Google Suite. Must have strong organizational skills with the ability to sustain consistent physical and electronic records. Manage difficult or complex situations and/or people with tact; confidence; and diplomacy and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Processes records; deposits checks; reconcile monthly bank statements; and works with bookkeeper to maintain detailed financial management. Prepares monthly office financial reports. Maintains the organization's Foundation's annual budget; tracks all expenditures and income. Assists in the preparation for annual financial audit. Must comply with strict confidentiality with all Foundation information. Maintains inventory of office equipment and supplies. Other duties as assigned. Additional Information Education License/Registration Experience Knowledge and Abilities Bachelor's degree or equivalent of training education and experience which directly correlates to the position requirements preferred. Desire to build-upon existing skills. Motivated self-starter able to work independently as well as with a team. Able to adapt and multi-task in a high-paced and evolving environment.
