In-person | Full-Time ???? $150,000 - $275,000 ? 0-4 Years Experience About the Opportunity We are working with an early-stage, AI-native startup building a modern outbound sales platform designed to replace fragmented SDR and GTM workflows. The company has already achieved strong early traction, with rapid revenue growth and adoption across high-growth startups. Backed by leading early-stage investors, the team is focused on building beautifully designed, AI-powered workflow software with exceptional product quality and engineering standards. This is a rare opportunity to join as a Founding Product Engineer within a small, high-trust team where engineering quality, product instinct, and design taste matter deeply. The Role As a Founding Product Engineer, you will work directly on the core product experience used daily by founders, GTM teams, and sales operators. You will help shape and ship: AI-assisted workflow and automation systems User-facing product surfaces and onboarding flows Agent-driven AI tooling and orchestration layers Evaluation, observability, and operational tooling Product experiences that unify complex GTM systems into a seamless interface This is a highly product-oriented engineering role with direct influence on product direction and customer experience. What You'll Be Doing Build and improve core product experiences used daily by customers Take features from prototype stage to polished production quality Work directly with users to translate feedback into product improvements Collaborate closely with founders on roadmap and product decisions Ship production code rapidly within a fast-moving startup environment Contribute to product design, usability, workflow thinking, and interaction quality Help define what a high-quality modern B2B SaaS experience should feel like

Requirements:

Must-Have Strong full-stack engineering ability across: Next.js React Python FastAPI Supabase Ability to ship independently from specification through production Strong product intuition and workflow thinking Clear understanding of high-quality UI and product experience Portfolio or prior work demonstrating strong engineering and product taste Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate immediately Comfortable working onsite 5 days per week Existing US work authorisation (no sponsorship available) Nice-to-Have Previous startup, founding engineer, or YC-stage experience Experience within: GTM platforms CRM systems sales tooling enrichment or workflow products Personal experience running outbound or GTM workflows Experience with: agent interfaces eval systems observability tooling collaborative product experiences Why This Role Is Interesting This is an opportunity to operate inside a highly ambitious AI product environment with direct ownership, fast release cycles, and significant influence over both engineering and product direction. ????
