Based in Pasadena, California, Dine Brands Global, Inc. (

DIN), through its subsidiaries and franchisees, supports and operates restaurants under the Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar®, IHOP®, and Fuzzy's Taco Shop® brands. As of December 28, 2025, these three brands consisted of over 3,500 restaurants across 20 international markets. Job Location Type Field Responsible for growing and protecting the brand through developing people, improving guest experience and relationships and driving profitable sales through execution of the 'Bee the Good Assessments. This role is also responsible to evaluate Applebee's brand standards compliance and influence best practice operations execution via coaching and support at the unit level. Key Accountabilities Champion Brand purpose, strategy, and culture while advocating for guest and franchisee experience Drive best in class brand standards execution and provide root cause analysis and coaching at the restaurant level Partner with ASI regional team to ensure franchisee and team success by providing updates and trend information to FBC's and RBD's on recent visits Consult and offer expertise to restaurant leadership and teams to address issues and concerns related to operations and other items while on site Immediate action and resolution to critical issues with the appropriate escalation to FBC Influence at the restaurant level around continuous operational improvement and support of brand initiatives Execute campaign pre & post assessments when aligned with restaurant visits Schedule built following Rules of Engagement Travel expected (flights and auto) based upon geographic responsibilities to be assigned by Exec Business Director of Operations Manage individual T&E budget Target base salary $90k
