15913 Not ready to apply? Join our Talent Network Description We're looking for a Freelance Art Supervisor to support our GSW LA team. This role requires working PST hours and a strong portfolio that demonstrates conceptual ability. Pharma agency experience is required. At GSW, we blend art and science to create impactful healthcare campaigns—developing brand experiences that involve, inspire, educate, and activate audiences. What you'll do: Lead concept development in partnership with Copy and cross-functional teams Oversee multiple brands and provide creative direction to Art Directors Present and sell ideas internally and to clients Ensure high-quality execution across channels and timely delivery Act as a hands-on contributor while mentoring junior team members What you bring: 4+ years of healthcare/pharma agency experience Strong conceptual thinking and design skills Proven ability to lead creative work and collaborate with clients Experience across 360° campaigns and multiple channels The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $85 but may vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role.
