FULL JOB DESCRIPTION ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with Operations and Logistical department
• Handle shipment scheduling, planning, updating and shipment tracking
• Organizing and overseeing international freight shipments from start to finish
• Coordinating transportation delivery logistics with overseas suppliers, domestic trucking companies and warehouses, and international shipping carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery to clients
• Update clients on shipment schedule/status as needed
• Filing and data entry along with other paperwork duties
• Collaborate with other company departments to ensure timely shipping
• Handle customer service issues as needed, such as researching and resolving shipment discrepancies, damages or product quality issues
• Ensuring timely and accurate compliance with Customs/import/export regulations
• Other duties may be assigned to accomplish company or department objectives.
