Front Counter Customer Service Associate

Duties Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries at the front counter, ensuring a friendly and professional experience Process transactions accurately using cash handling and cashiering skills, including cash, credit, and debit payments. Maintain cleanliness of the front area, including counters, display spaces, and customer waiting areas Provide information about products and food items available. Handle customer concerns or complaints with patience and professionalism, seeking prompt resolution Support team members with basic administrative tasks such as inventory Function and contribute to a TEAM atmosphere. Teamwork is a requirement of the position. Ability to complete opening and/or closing checklist items to ready the store/restaurant for service. Experience Previous food service or hospitality experience is highly preferred to understand guest service standards Strong customer service skills are essential for creating positive interactions and building rapport Experience in cleaning or maintaining a tidy environment supports our commitment to cleanliness standards Basic math proficiency is necessary for accurate cash handling and transaction processing Prior cashiering experience helps ensure smooth payment procedures and accurate change management Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail We value energetic team players who thrive on delivering top-notch service while supporting daily operations.
