We train kids, adults, and competitors in a high-energy, tight-knit community environment. The front desk is the first impression every member and prospect gets, and we need someone who treats that responsibility like it matters. The Mission You are the face of Wolves Den. Your job is to make sure every person who walks through that door feels welcomed, every lead gets followed up on without hesitation, and every prospect who shows interest gets converted into a member. This is not a sit-and-answer-the-phone role. You are here to produce results. What You Will Be Responsible For Converting walk-ins, calls, and inbound leads into trial class bookings consistently Following up on every prospect the same day, no exceptions Closing new member enrollments and processing registrations accurately through our system Keeping the front desk experience clean, professional, and welcoming every shift Tracking all lead activity and reporting daily on bookings, conversions, and pipeline Representing the Wolves Den brand with energy and professionalism at all times

Clear, confident, and professional on the phone, in person, and in writing Requirements Must be 18 or older Available Monday through Thursday, 3:30PM to 8:30PM Comfortable working with adults, kids, and parents in a martial arts environment Basic proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems (we will train you on our platform) Reliable transportation to our Highland location Clear background check required Prior sales, front desk, or customer-facing experience strongly preferred Compensation $20/hour base from day one 10% commission on every new member registration Base grows as you consistently hit your KPIs Complimentary BJJ training for all staff How to Apply We do not accept applications through Indeed directly.
