Job Description
Hallmark Inns & Resorts is looking for a friendly, professional Front Desk Agent to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences.
What You'll Do:
Greet guests warmly and check them in and out efficiently Provide outstanding service throughout each guest's stay Answer questions and assist with special requests Communicate with housekeeping and other departments about room status and guest needs Resolve guest concerns in a positive and professional manner Maintain accurate records, reports, and cash handling Keep the lobby and front desk area clean and welcoming Follow all hotel policies and safety proceduresWhat We're Looking For:
Friendly, positive attitude with strong customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized Comfortable using computers (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word) Experience with hotel property management systems (WebRezPro preferred but not required) Strong communication skills and ability to work well on a teamPhysical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds Moderate noise level typical of a hotel environment If you enjoy working in hospitality and want to be part of a team that creates remarkable experiences for guests and each other, we'd love to meet you!Job Types:
