Job Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out Manage reservations and handle guest inquiries (by phone, email, or in person) Process payments and maintain accurate records Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest needs are met Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and transportation Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Qualifications Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred (hotel experience a plus) Friendly, professional, and positive attitude Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation systems (we can train the right candidate) Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Why Join Us?
