Front Desk Agent

Join the team at the historic Green Mountain Inn! We value friendliness, detail-orientedness, and thoughtful conduct. We are currently hiring for full-time, long-term staff. During your shift, you will be asked to: Welcome our guests and check them in/out with a friendly manner Resolve guest issues as they arise Enter guest requests in our housekeeping/maintenance software Ring in retail purchases This will require computer competency, and an ability to multitask with a smile. You are expected to be on your feet for most of the shift. Additionally, lifting of up to 50lbs is occasionally required. Hospitality experience is not required, but it is a plus! Growth and other opportunities within the Inn are available to those who demonstrate excellence in this position. The schedule for this position is 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, 5 days a week. You will be expected to work weekends and holidays. Additional benefits include a staff meal every shift you work, PTO, health benefits, and 401(k) contributions after a year of service. Staff also have use of the Inn's amenities, including the pool, health club, Stowe Village Massage and Whip Bar & Grill.
