Homewood Suites by Hilton Rochester Victor is currently hiring for the role of Front Desk Agent. We are seeking individuals who are Outgoing, Motivated and 100% Customer Service Oriented! Homewood Suites by Hilton is the Hotel Industry Leader in Exceptional Service, Hospitality, and Cleanliness . Are you ready to be part of the #1 team in the Hotel Industry? Our Front Desk Agents operate the Front Desk of the Hotel and deliver the highest level of hospitality and customer service while checking guests in and out of the hotel, answering incoming phone calls to the hotel, and booking reservations for our guests.
