Job Description

The Front Desk Agent is responsible for being the first point of contact as well as the first impression with guests, handling all stages of a guest's stay which can include multitasking, and performing the following duties in a manner that reflects our hotel's vision, mission, and core values.
Compensation:
$10 hourly
Responsibilities:
Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, dining, and travel directions. Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and payment processing with accuracy. Take reservations over the telephone, through emails and in person, including groups Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to address and resolve guest concerns promptly. Operate hotel switchboard, take calls and provide information and transfer calls
Qualifications:
Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays. Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed. Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality Proficiency in internet software, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required.
