This is a cross-functional role — we're looking for someone who takes pride in the full guest experience, not just the front desk. If you're dependable, friendly, and willing to roll up your sleeves, we want to meet you. What You'll Do Check guests in and out, process payments, issue keys Answer phones, handle reservations, and respond to guest needs Coordinate with housekeeping on room status Resolve guest concerns with a calm, positive attitude Complete shift paperwork accurately Assist with breakfast setup and cleanup on applicable shifts Support housekeeping with laundry and room checks on assigned shifts What We Need Friendly, professional, and reliable Basic computer skills (PMS training provided) Comfortable pitching in across departments — team player mentality required Wyndham hotel experience a plus Customer service experience a plus — hospitality experience not required Available for day, evening, or overnight shifts including weekends Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs Bilingual a plus What You Get Competitive pay Flexible scheduling Career growth — we promote from within Great team environment Apply now with your resume.
