Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure smooth administrative workflows. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will help create a positive first impression for visitors, clients, and team members alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management expertise while supporting daily operations across various departments.
Duties Patient Intake & Reception:
Warmly greet patients and guide new individuals through the sometimes intimidating intake process.
Scheduling:
Maintain treatment room utilization and optimize provider schedules by booking and confirming appointments.
Financial Management:
Verify insurance eligibility, process program payments, and oversee daily financial records and receipts.
Administrative Support:
Answer high-volume phone calls, file medical records, and operate office equipment.
Clinic Operations:
Communicate closely with nursing and clinical teams regarding patient arrivals, no-shows, and daily treatment logs.
Specialized Clinic Duties:
Depending on the facility, they may collect urine or saliva samples for drug screening. Requirements Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or as a receptionist in a fast-paced environment Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry tools Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse client needs effectively Experience with multi-line phone systems, calendar management, and administrative support is essential Knowledge of customer service best practices and phone etiquette to ensure positive interactions Familiarity with medical or dental receptionist duties as well as bookkeeping or personal assistant experience is a plus Demonstrated ability to proofread documents accurately and manage time effectively in busy settings Join us as a Front Desk Associate and become an integral part of our vibrant team!
