Front Desk Associate

We are looking for an exceptional person to add to our guest services team of exceptional people. Our hotel has consistently exceeded brand and industry benchmarks for guest satisfaction exactly because we value the relationships with our guests and each other, work hard and well, and don't forget to smile along the way.

The successful applicant will:

∙ have a strong orientation to a service culture which places our guests at the top of any moment's priority; ∙ be able to integrate into a stable core team; ∙ learn systems quickly; ∙ take direction, and maximize that input by seeing what needs to be done and doing it; ∙ be flexible in work requirements and schedule, and contribute to the whole; ∙ have the ability to think a problem through to solution. Not required, but bonus points for: ∙ Familiarity with Opera operating systems; ∙ prior (successful) hotel front desk or service experience. Willingness and enthusiasm are a much higher consideration than direct experience. Resumes and applications without a cover letter will be ignored. You don't need to be eloquent, but you do need to make the effort to start a conversation.
