Front Desk Associate

YogaSpark Front Desk Associate - Tuckahoe, NY location YogaSpark is a fast-growing, high-service hot yoga studio founded in 2012. We are searching for a unique candidate to join us in a part-time capacity as a Front Desk Associate for our Mamaroneck, NY location. As a Front Desk Associate, you will report to the YogaSpark Management Team. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Mamaroneck, NY location during your assigned time slots, which may vary week to week. While you are representing the studio, you will be the face of the studio to our community. As a high-service business, every detail of our clients' experience is important -- from a smooth and friendly check-in, to clean, well-stocked locker rooms, to awesome music, to a juicy hot yoga room -- and the sum of all these details is the foundation of our brand. Overseeing the successful execution of these details and making clients happy during your assigned time slots will be your responsibility.

Hours:

Will vary but looking for evening coverage and early mornings. Most shifts are 4-5 hours and schedule may be flexible. We are looking for a team player who will be an enthusiastic part of our growing team and who is here because s/he is passionate about spreading the joy of yoga within our community! The Front Desk Associate is responsible for: Managing the daily operations of the studio during assigned time slots Managing client relations/ policies Studio procedure and operations Thorough sanitizing of the studio in accordance with NYS Mandate for fitness facilities and gyms Engaging in client relationships and ensuring the best possible client experience each and every shift Managing the in studio retail and upselling to clients when appropriate Communicate effectively with management around scheduling needs, studio updates etc Customer service Being a main point of contact with clients regarding service matters and/or complaints. Must show good judgment in these matters. Maintaining a consistency of quality in studio vibe - music in reception and yoga classes, energy in and around studio. Offering suggestions for improvements Reporting to Studio Director weekly on matters relating to client feedback

Requirements:

Candidate must be energetic, motivated and should have a proactive nature. Candidate should be flexible, entrepreneurial in nature and should be creative with problem solving skills - all critical characteristics for rapidly growing businesses such as YogaSpark Candidate should be highly responsible as he/she will have access to very sensitive client and studio personal and financial information. Candidate should have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate confidently and professionally with clients, yoga instructors, and management Candidate must have completed high school and preferably some college and be certified to work in the U.S.

Compensation:
