Front Desk Associate

Are you passionate about helping people, love working in an upbeat yet independently work environment? Nail Salon & Spa in Apple Valley location may be a fit for you! We are currently looking to hire part time receptionist. Monday - Friday start at 1pm until 8 :30pm. no weekend shifts available at this time. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Greeting client at check-in, check-out, and profile edits. Assign technician using the Turn System. Phone communications to schedule, edit, cancel appointments using Rosy Salon Software. As well as returning voicemail messages when needed. Prepping/guiding clients to technician stations. Basic computer skills. Attending staff meetings to represent the client concern(s). Close the salon every night. Keep the salon clean, organized, and welcome all the time.
