This position involves coordinating guest reservations, answering incoming calls, and assisting with a variety of front desk and hotel operations tasks as needed. As a Front Desk Agent, you should have excellent communication and customer service skills, be dependable, and be able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Since you will interact directly with guests, we are looking for someone who is personable, professional, and committed to creating a positive guest experience. We value team members who take initiative and work to resolve guest concerns before they become larger issues.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting guests and providing exceptional customer service Checking guests in and out for reservations Assisting guests with reservations and hotel information Answering and directing incoming telephone calls Providing information about local restaurants, attractions, and transportation Assisting with additional hotel tasks as needed We are especially interested in someone who is flexible, dependable, and willing to learn different shifts and positions within the hotel. Hospitality is a team environment, and adaptability is a huge plus.

Shift Availability:

This position is primarily for 2nd shift.

Typical hours are:

12:00 PM - 8:00 PM However there may be an occasion 2:00PM-10:00PM shift needed. This position will likely begin as part-time, with the possibility of full-time hours in the future for the right candidate based on performance, reliability, and business needs.
