Front Desk Associate/ Night Audit Monday and Tuesday

This position requires overnight shifts 11pm-7am on Mondays and Tuesday Job Summary We are looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team at Homewood Suites by Hilton Horsham. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing our guests with a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive until they depart. You will also be responsible for handling a variety of tasks, including check-in and check-out, managing reservations, and answering guest inquiries. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner Check in and check out guests Booking and managing reservations Answer guest inquiries about hotel amenities, rates, and policies Provide information about the local area Process payments Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Work collaboratively with other hotel staff to ensure a positive guest experience Stocking of the hotel convenience market Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous customer service experience Hotel experience preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Positive attitude and a willingness to learn Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to multitask and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time Ability to work flexible schedules (including weekends, nights, holidays) to meet hotel/guest needs Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary and benefits package Flexible scheduling Opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Chance to interact with people from all over the world
