Front Desk / Cashier

Black Label Marine Group is seeking a professional, customer-focused Front Desk / Cashier to be the first point of contact for our customers. This role is critical to delivering the high-end experience our brand is known for—both in person and over the phone. We're looking for someone who is organized, personable, and takes pride in creating a polished, welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner Handle all point-of-sale transactions accurately (parts, service, accessories) Answer and direct incoming phone calls Coordinate with service and parts departments to support daily operations Maintain a clean, organized front desk and showroom area Assist with invoicing, receipts, and basic administrative tasks Ensure every customer interaction reflects the Black Label standard

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Detail-oriented and reliable with cash handling Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer and POS system experience Team player willing to support multiple departments

Preferred Experience:

Previous cashier, front desk, or administrative experience Marine or dealership experience is a plus, but not required

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
