Front Desk Clerk - Super 8 Atchison We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Front Desk Clerk to join our team. This position is responsible for providing excellent guest service while handling check-ins, reservations, and daily front desk operations.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests in a professional and welcoming manner
• Check guests in and out of the hotel
• Answer phone calls and assist with reservations
• Handle guest questions, concerns, and requests
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Monitor lobby and front desk areas to ensure a positive guest experience
• Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance staff as needed
• Follow hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer and phone skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred, but not required

Schedule:

Part-time or full-time available. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts may be required.
