Front Desk Clerk

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Clerk to serve as the welcoming face of our organization. This vital role involves managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth administrative workflows. The ideal candidate will be energetic, organized, and possess excellent communication skills, ready to handle multiple responsibilities with enthusiasm. Your positive attitude and proactive approach will help create a professional and inviting environment for visitors, clients, and team members alike. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly. Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries, assisting with administrative requests, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. Requirements Proven office experience or clerical experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional communication style. Familiarity with medical or dental receptionist duties is a plus but not required; relevant personal assistant experience is also beneficial. Able to work the following days and hours: July 11, 2026

• 8-5PM September 12, 2026
• 8-5PM November 14, 2026
• 8-5PM Starting 2027, we will expand to Saturday 8-5PM and Sunday 8-12PM This job will be primarily at our Los Angeles location.

We will also be expanding locations in Los Angeles so this could turn into a full time position. New Skin Tattoo Removal is a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit organization. Our mission is to support individuals whose tattoos may be impeding their pursuit of a tranquil lifestyle. Our dedicated team includes two Medical Directors, a Nurse Practitioner, a Physician's Assistant, along with four Registered Nurses and five volunteers. We are committed to providing compassionate care and helping individuals achieve a sense of peace and well-being. We have locations in San Jose, Concord , Sacramento and Los Angeles . New Skin Tattoo Removal also enters in Juvenile Halls to remove tattoos for our incarcerated youth, preparing them for release back into society.
